Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal EVM Program Control Analyst to join our Melbourne, FL team on-site. You will provide financial and administrative support, applying Earned Value Management concepts to multiple contracts within an IPT.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or a Master's with 3 years, experience in government contracting, and EVMS tools proficiency. On-site daily work in Melbourne, FL is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required with experience; Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM) required.
• Experience using Earned Value Tools (EVMS) and associated reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance; on-site in Melbourne, FL.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support.
• Apply EVMS concepts to multiple contracts for control accounts within IPTs.
• Prepare government cost performance and reporting analyses; develop estimates to complete.
• Support budgets, baselines, funding analysis, and variance analysis.
