Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) to join our Melbourne, FL team on-site. You will develop and analyze budgets, perform EVMS-based performance reporting, and support IPTs with cost management across contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with experience or a Master's degree, and an active Secret clearance. On-site work, with a 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR Master's degree.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher (recent investigation or continuous evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access as required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support.
• Apply Earned Value Management concepts to contracts and prepare performance measurements.
• Develop budgets, schedules, ETC/EAC, and support government reporting requirements.
• Maintain cost/schedule integration and participate in monthly program rhythm processes.
