The role focuses on EVM baseline development, performance reporting, and funding tracking, requiring strong Excel skills and EVMS experience. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with hybrid work expectations and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field with 5+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) concepts and Budget Baseline Management.
• Experience performing cost and schedule analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing EACs and LREs and working independently to complete tasks.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.

Mansioni

• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) activities including baseline development, integration, maintenance, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) using established processes and tools.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, CAMs, and teams on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Prepare, review, and submit IPMR and CFSR program reports per requirements.
• Create internal financial reports and materials for program reviews.
• Monitor funding requirements, prepare funding requests, and track status.
• Coordinate financial and program data with functional organizations to support reporting.
• Complete assigned financial and program control activities within deadlines.
