Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to deliver in-home, strength-based services to families, keeping children together and supporting reunification when needed. You will work directly with youth and families, providing sessions, assessments, and crisis support as required.

A Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline is required, with a Master’s preferred. The role includes travel to family locations and collaboration with courts and other providers, offering

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline preferred; Bachelor’s required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clinical experience preferred; driving to families’ homes required; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Carry a caseload of 4–6 families and conduct individual and family sessions 3 times weekly.
• Perform ongoing youth assessments to tailor strength-based plans.
• Attend weekly meetings for professional development (3 meetings: individual, team, clinical).
• Travel up to 60–80 miles to meet families in homes and communities; provide crisis support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in an EMR system; support collaborative treatment planning with providers and courts.
