Job summary

Pima County's Community & Workforce Development Department seeks three Case Managers to assist individuals and families facing financial hardship, housing instability, and eviction risk. You will coordinate rental and utility assistance, conduct assessments, and connect clients with resources, aiming for stability and long-term independence.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, supporting compliance, and collaborating with partners to maximize services.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited college, university or technical school and one year of professional experience in health, customer service, human services, or a closely related field.
• OR: One year of experience with Pima County as a Community and Workforce Specialist I or similar Pima County position, as determined by the department head at the time of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services urgently and compassionately to clients via phone, email, online, or in person.
• Assess client needs and connect with appropriate resources and programs.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of program participants and their progress.
• Support program compliance and collaborate with internal staff and external partners.
