Job summary

Seacoast Rehab & Nursing Center in Gloucester, MA is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for 7:00am–7:00pm on an every-other-weekend schedule. The ideal candidate holds an MA RN or LPN license, a nursing degree, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience with supervision and teaching skills.

This role supports admissions, staffing, family inquiries, referrals, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered MA State License (RN or LPN) and CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in supervision and teaching; computer skills required.
• Rehabilitative/restorative nursing experience strongly preferred.

Requirements:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN MA State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
