Job summary

A leading nursing care facility in Gloucester, MA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and manage patient care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate must have a valid RN or LPN license, a nursing degree, and experience in a clinical setting, particularly in long-term care. Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification.
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience preferred, with a minimum of one year in long term care.
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care.
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM

Seacoast Rehab & Nursing Center has a 3PM-11PM Nursing Supervisor opening with a Monday-Friday schedule. The candidate needs to be either a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing. The right candidate will supervise our nursing staff on our short term and long term care units. Located in Gloucester, we are a short and easy commute away from Salem, Peabody, Lynn, Essex and Danvers! We are focused on one goal: providing an exceptional experience for our residents and staff. • SHIFT: Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM, weekend on call rotation
