Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana seeks a Senior Client Advisor for our Cabazon Outlet to deliver exceptional client experiences, uphold brand standards, and contribute to boutique success.

You may begin as a Client Advisor or advance to Senior Client Advisor with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and career development in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of the brand to ensure every client is treated to Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
• Drive store KPIs including appointments, repurchase rate, UPT, conversions, and data enrichment.
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and clientele tools.
• Maintain CRM updates to build and retain relationships with current clients through appointment selling and client acquisition.
• Create personalized, versatile ensembles for clients.
• Act as MOD when required, overseeing floor operations and team coordination.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
• Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.

MISSION

PROFILE

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fashion and ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s Ready-to-Wear is a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
