Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event planning or conference services experience.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and convert inquiries for catering via phone, walk-ins, and emails.
• Finalize and detail all group, catering, and in-house business.
• Coordinate weddings and all event details including tastings and rehearsals.
• Develop catering agreements, estimates, and BEOs with signatures and guarantees.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize group revenue.
