The Osthoff Resort & Spa in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, is hiring dependable team members for the Banquet Set Up team. The role involves setup and teardown of meeting and catered events, room preparation, and ongoing maintenance of banquet spaces.

Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and be available for weekends, evenings, and holidays. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with base hourly wages plus banquet gratuities.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong customer/guest service skills.
• Positive attitude in diverse work environment.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Evening, holiday, and weekend availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up banquet spaces according to BEO and provide service per contract.
• Arrange tables, chairs, stages, linens, and other event equipment.
• Assist with room resets and changes during events.
• Follow safety procedures for lifting and equipment use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms and areas.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests.
• Coordinate with team to ensure events run smoothly.
• Attend mandatory department meetings and trainings.
