Job summary

The Osthoff Resort & Spa in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Banquet Set Up team. The role involves setting up and tearing down meeting and catered functions, preparing rooms, and ensuring equipment and linens are ready per BEO so guest experiences exceed expectations.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and push 100+ pounds.
• Evening, holiday and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) and provide customer service per contract.
• Arrange tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, linens and other event equipment.
• Assist with room resets and changes throughout events.
• Follow proper safety procedures when lifting/moving furniture and using equipment.
• Maintain banquet rooms and cleaning; ensure facility cleanliness and organization.
