The Sports Facilities Companies is seeking an Events Supervisor for Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater in Albertville, AL. You will partner with management to supervise events, train staff, and ensure smooth operations during events and non-event days.

Responsibilities include calendar planning, coordinating with owners and departments, leading part-time crews, managing safety and budgets, and analyzing event performance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, sports management, business, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certifications and work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and reporting on the overall Event calendar to leadership and clients.
• Plan, develop, and execute local tournaments with sales and marketing strategies.
• Hire, train, and lead part-time/seasonal operations staff for events.
• Ensure health, safety, quality control, and facility maintenance standards.
