Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Collaboration Specialist to own Video/Voice solution selling and drive innovative service offerings for existing and new accounts.

You will partner with the Account Executive to land and expand opportunities, manage pipelines, and deliver customer-focused outcomes in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. The role requires strong collaboration skills, market insight, and the ability to navigate complex client organizations, including executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth.
• Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Video/Voice Solution focused selling activities.
• Support and lead technical sales leads with AE.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' value propositions.
• Achieve sales quotas and drive initiatives.
• Collaborate with AE to identify, land, expand, renew opportunities.
• Establish consultative relationships with clients including executives.
• Develop and present outcome-based solutions aligned to customer needs.
