Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person events and programming through post-event follow-up.
• Develop event timelines, checklists, and staffing schedules with clear communication.
• Coordinate room reservations, catering, and event materials as applicable.
• Coordinate communication with faculty volunteers and campus partners.
• Create ROS plans to document pre-event and post-event logistics and timing.
• Manage student RSVPs using Salesforce; track registrations and guest lists.
• Coordinate staffing and provide on-site support, including setup and check-in.
• Serve as event lead and primary point of contact on event day.
• Perform other duties related to recruitment programs and events.
• Maintain data for all events, host debriefs, and post-event surveys.
