Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a portfolio of stewardship and cultivation events, meetings, and professorship events.
• Coordinate facility, catering, lodging, transportation, and on-site event support.
• Maintain event databases, guest lists, responses, and dietary restrictions.
• Create invitations, sponsorship materials, and event programs.
• Negotiate contracts and track event expenses and vendor invoices.
