FF Inc in New York is seeking a Promotions Associate to support promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement across New York. You will work directly with customers while coordinating and executing in-person promotions to ensure smooth activations.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in promotions, events, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily promotional campaigns and activities.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about products, services, promotions, and current offerings.
• Answer customer questions and assist with general inquiries.
• Support pop-ups, events, community initiatives, and other promotional activities.
• Prepare displays, signage, promotional materials, and campaign supplies.
• Assist with setup and organization before each activation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional promotional areas.
• Help ensure materials and messaging are presented consistently.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the team.
• Track engagement and basic campaign results.
• Monitor inventory and restock materials as needed.
• Coordinate with team members and campaign leads.
• Assist with additional campaign and event responsibilities as needed.
