Job summary

High Plains Library District in Greeley, CO seeks an Events Space and Meeting Room Coordinator to support externally booked room reservations at the LINC Library Innovation Center. The role requires handling logistics, providing technology assistance, and hosting community events.

Responsibilities include event scheduling, guest liaison, and coordinating with cleaning staff. Strong customer service and bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities are preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree and two years’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support externally booked room reservations at LINC Library Innovation Center.
• Coordinate with customers and guests before, during, and after events.
• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment and assist patrons with technology.
• Assist patrons with library materials, catalogs, databases, and internet navigation.
• Perform circulation tasks including checking out/renewing materials and managing holds.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations and community leaders.
• Assist with other internal and external requests as needed.
