Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks an Events Space and Meeting Room Coordinator at the Greeley-LINC Library Innovation Center to manage externally booked spaces and support patrons during events.

The role handles reservations, event logistics, AV setup, and customer service, including after-hours coverage, with opportunities to engage with the community and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth event experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position.
• Spanish and English bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling external meetings and events; serve as event liaison before, during, and after events.
• Provide responsive customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment in Event Spaces and Meeting Rooms; troubleshoot technology issues.
• Assist patrons with using library materials, databases, and catalog navigation.
• Check out/renew materials and handle fines, holds, and card updates.
