Job summary

Campbell Hall is seeking an Events Setup Specialist to join the Operations team. The role supports campus events, classroom setups, and facilities moves with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Previous operations or event experience is preferred to help maintain efficient space usage and safety during activities.

The position reports to the Event Operations Manager and involves outdoor duties and basic equipment operation, with emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years in operations, facilities, custodial, hospitality, or event support.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily operations work orders and campus setup assignments.
• Assists with setup and breakdown of classrooms, meetings, and events.
• Moves, arranges, and stores furniture, tables, chairs, and event equipment.
• Maintains organization of storage areas, lounges, and event supplies.
• Assists with office and classroom moves as needed.
• Supports operations projects, school events, and camp coordination.
• Assists with traffic control during student drop-off and events.
• Safely operates campus equipment including carts, dollies, ladders, and hand tools.
• Maintains a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends based on school needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
