Responsibilities

• Pull rental items and décor from inventory.
• Inspect items for cleanliness and condition.
• Transport furniture, décor, and rentals to event spaces.
• Setup tables, chairs, and décor per floor plans.
• Arrange centerpieces, linens, and decorative elements when required.
• Coordinate placement of large furniture items.
• Assist vendors with setup as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Remove garbage during the event and at night’s end.
• Perform event breakdown after conclusion.
• Clean, pack, and return items to storage; restore venue to standard condition.
