Job summary

U.S. Soccer Federation is seeking an Events Sales & Service Coordinator to manage intake through execution of events at the National Training Center in Atlanta. The role supports onboarding clients, partners with internal departments, and ensures a high-quality guest experience.

You will coordinate logistics, develop run-of-show documents, and serve as the on-site representative while maintaining detailed records and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in event coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments; proficient MS Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage event inquiries from intake to execution and communicate expectations.
• Coordinate logistics: room sets, A/V, signage, accessibility, resources.
• Develop BEOs with Food & Beverage Partner and align with client needs.
• Serve as on-site representative; ensure setup, execution, breakdown.
• Maintain event records in Momentus and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Hospitality, Finance, and other teams for seamless events.
