Job summary

U.S. Soccer Federation in the United States is seeking an Events Sales & Service Coordinator to manage the intake, planning, and execution of events hosted at the National Training Center.

You will serve as the primary NTC point of contact for clients, members, and internal teams, coordinating with Momentus, Levy, Facilities, Security, IT, Hospitality, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, event services, venue operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with event or CRM systems (e.g., Momentus, Ungerboeck, Salesforce) or willingness to learn quickly.
• General knowledge of soccer.
• Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage event inquiries from intake through execution and clearly communicate expectations.
• Serve as the primary NTC contact for clients, members, and internal stakeholders.
• Enter and track event details in Momentus and coordinate documentation.
• Assist in assessing fit, availability, and prioritization within the programming calendar.
• Coordinate logistics like room sets, A/V, signage, accessibility, and resources.
• Develop BEOs with the Levy and ensure food/beverage details meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Security, IT, Hospitality and other teams for readiness.
• Create production schedules and run-of-show documents for events.
• Support pre-conference meetings, daily huddles, and post-event reviews.
• Serve as on-site representative, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain event records in Momentus and ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to playbooks for recurring events and standard workflows.
• Coordinate with Hospitality and Finance on guest experience and billing.
• Provide updates to internal partners regarding needs and impacts.
• Assist with tours or VIP activations and provide admin support.
