Job summary

U.S. Soccer Federation in Atlanta invites an Events Sales & Service Coordinator to oversee intake, planning, and execution of events at the National Training Center.

You will be the primary contact for clients, members, and internal teams, guiding events from inquiry to day-of delivery. You will coordinate logistics, develop BEOs with the Food & Beverage Partner, and work with Facilities, Security, IT, Hospitality to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Momentus, Ungerboeck, Salesforce or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned event inquiries from intake through execution.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, members and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate event logistics including room sets, A/V, signage and accessibility.
• Develop production schedules and run-of-show documents for assigned events.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Security, IT, Hospitality and other teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Support pre-conference meetings, daily huddles, and post-event reviews.
