Job summary

U.S. Soccer Federation in Atlanta, GA seeks an Events Sales & Service Coordinator to manage intake, planning and execution of events at the National Training Center.

You’ll be the primary NTC contact for clients, members, and internal teams, coordinating with Momentus, Levy, Facilities and other partners to deliver seamless experiences. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with event or CRM systems (Momentus, Ungerboeck, Salesforce) or willingness to learn quickly.
• General knowledge of soccer.
• Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Ability to connect micro details to the macro vision and mission.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned event inquiries from intake through execution, ensuring accurate scoping and clear communication.
• Serve as the primary NTC point of contact for clients, members, and internal stakeholders.
• Work within Momentus to enter, track, and update event details and documentation.
• Coordinate event logistics including room sets, A/V, signage, accessibility, and resources.
• Develop production schedules and run-of-show documents for events.
• Serve as on-site representative, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain event records in Momentus and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Security, IT, Hospitality and Finance on event needs and billing.
