Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, sales support, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors and partners.
• Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for sales events and customer experiences from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate event logistics including travel, hotels, accommodations, and guest needs.
• Communicate timelines and requirements with customers, internal teams, venues, and vendors.
