Job summary

Greenspun Media Group in Las Vegas is seeking an energetic Event Sales Coordinator to blend event planning with sponsorship sales. You will help bring Southern Nevada’s premier print and digital publications to life through high-profile marketing and networking events.

The role requires coordinating logistics, preparing sponsorship packets, and building lasting partnerships with sponsors while supporting on-site event activities and social media coverage.

Qualifications

• Preferred majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with event planning/management, customer service preferred.
• MUST be over the age of 21.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, ensuring accuracy of all department records and data;
• Oversee department inventory and manage organization of event materials;
• Assemble event collateral;
• Research and provide recommendations for possible event activations, sponsors and gifted items;
• Assist with set up and strike for all events;
• Assist with event planning and preparation;
• Assist with on-site social media for events;
• Provide creative ideas for event themes, decor, and logistics;
• Identify, prospect, and secure event sponsorships and partnerships;
• Develop and present sponsorship packages to potential clients;
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors and partners;
