Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Sales Experience Coordinator in Summerlin, Nevada. You will support sales events, coordinate travel and accommodations, and manage attendee data to deliver seamless experiences for customers and partners.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the Sales organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for sales events from planning through follow-up.
• Coordinate travel, hotel, and event logistics for customer experiences.
• Maintain event trackers, attendee information, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Support onboarding and other Sales team administrative tasks.
• Provide onsite event support and adapt to evening/weekend events as needed.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
