Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, catering, event planning or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel sales, catering, CRM, or property management systems preferred.
• Experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social media platforms, including content creation and engagement, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates contracted group, meeting, wedding, and social event business from sales turnover through execution.
• Prepares and maintains event documentation including BEOs, group resumes, menus, room diagrams, and event correspondence.
• Manages meeting and banquet space and coordinates logistics including room setups, F&B, A/V, timelines, vendors, and special requests.
• Coordinates group room blocks, reservations, deposits, payment schedules, and billing with hotel departments.
• Communicates event details and changes to hotel departments and participates in operational meetings.
• Provides onsite event support and conducts post-event follow-up to gather feedback and identify repeat business.
