The Source Hotel in Denver, CO, is seeking a Sales & Catering Coordinator to join our team. You will orchestrate weddings, meetings, and events, coordinating from sale turnover through flawless execution in collaboration with multiple departments.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, upselling opportunities, and supporting brand storytelling and guest experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; compensation includes competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel sales, catering, or event planning.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple hotel departments.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracted group, meeting, wedding, and social events from turnover through execution.
• Prepare event docs including BEOs, group resumes, menus, room diagrams, and correspondence.
• Manage space, logistics, F&B, AV, timelines, vendors, and special requests.
• Maintain room blocks, reservations, deposits, and billing with hotel teams.
• Communicate details to departments and participate in operational meetings.
• Provide onsite support and post-event follow-up for feedback and repeat business.
