The Source Hotel in Denver’s RiNo Art District is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead event service in our dynamic marketplace setting. You will coordinate with culinary, catering, and management teams to ensure flawless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills across departments.
• Ability to read and translate Banquet Event Orders into clear direction for service teams.
• Experience coordinating with Catering Sales, Banquet Chef, and management to ensure smooth events.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs before each event to confirm details, timing, setup, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with Catering Sales Manager, Banquet Chef, and Restaurant Management on timelines, staffing, and menu execution.
• Oversee event setup to ensure rooms, tables, décor, and stations meet BEOs and standards.
• Serve as on-site contact for clients during events and address questions or service needs.
• Communicate BEO changes and updates to relevant departments and team members.
• Assist in coordinating restaurant staff and food service with the Banquet Chef.
