• Distribute memos, contracts, resumes, room requests, and other communications to relevant departments.
• Act as liaison between Sales/Catering Directors and Managers and other departments for event needs.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries and coordinate with departments for seamless service.
• Maintain and file contracts and correspondence; reserve rooms and spaces as needed.
