Job summary

Hyve in Miami is seeking 4 Business Development Managers to join our founding team, driving sponsorship, exhibition and partnership revenue across Hyve's B2B event brands. You will build your own pipeline and own the full sales journey from first contact to close in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with Marketing, Content, Operations and Customer Success to deliver exceptional sponsor experiences and drive growth across Hyve's portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ consultative B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage a personal pipeline.
• Track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building with decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and forecast.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed ambitious new business revenue targets.
• Build your own pipeline through prospecting and market research.
• Identify, engage and win new sponsors, exhibitors and partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Operations and Customer Success.
• Stay close to market trends to spot opportunities early.
