Job summary

Wintrust Sports Complex is seeking an Operations Team Member for our Bedford Park, IL location. This part-time, non-exempt role supports event setup, equipment handling, and guest service across a fast-paced venue.

You will set up/break down events, stock supplies, monitor activities, enforce policies, and respond to incidents while delivering friendly, professional service to participants and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment for events is available and safe to use.
• Set up and breakdown for events as required.
• Stock and inventory equipment and supplies.
• Be knowledgeable of scoreboard operations and retractable equipment.
• Monitor events within and around the facility.
• Manage trash and cleanliness across all areas.
• Communicate issues and updates to supervisor and team.
• Respond to incidents and complete necessary paperwork.
• Provide courteous, first-in-class guest service.
• Know facility practices, events, and meeting times.
• Enforce venue policies and procedures.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments.
