The SoFi Stadium & Hollywood Park Event Manager role at CSC Los Angeles works closely with the Director of Operations to implement event operations plans and crowd management strategies for CSC LA venues.

You will serve as the primary liaison between CSC and clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery while gaining exposure to the LA stadium and arena events landscape. This position requires leadership of a large staff and travel to event sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in Event Planning/Management.
• Experience in Live events is preferred with ability to manage 200+ staff.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CSC systems.

Mansioni

• Develop staffing plans, deployments, and event safety guidelines.
• Brief staff, supervisors, and area directors; coordinate with departments.
• Manage 100+ supervisors and staff for crowd management.
• Coordinate event details before/after events with client alignment.
• Interface with clients to create staffing and operational plans.
• Prepare paperwork, requests for equipment, and complete tasks.
• Be present at major events and mitigate issues as they arise.
• Coordinate planning timelines to meet client deadlines.
• Attend meetings and represent CSC with clients.
• Administer trainings, workshops, and professional development.
• Create continuity plans, SOPs, and policy guidelines.
• Collaborate with business development for operational needs.
• Travel to job sites; support branch projects.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
