Job summary

SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA, seeks a Security Operator to safeguard SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theatre, and the Hollywood Park campus. The role requires responding to security needs, patrolling facilities, and coordinating with First Responders during events and emergencies.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid CA Guard card (or obtain one within 30 days), and at least two years of security experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine patrols of the facilities for preventive inspections and deterrence of security issues.
• Operate security vehicles, including golf carts, per SOPs.
• Unlock and secure doors/gates before and after events as directed.
• Verify credentials to ensure access for authorized individuals and ticket holders.
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and calls for service; coordinate with first responders as necessary.
• Interact with employees, vendors, contractors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Adhere to all company and department policies and SOPs to maintain security protocols.
• Complete documentation including activity logs, incident reports, and work orders in a timely manner.
• Other duties as necessary and assigned.
