Job summary

SpotDraft is seeking an organized Event Operations Specialist to own end-to-end event coordination for virtual and on-site experiences. You’ll manage scheduling, run-of-show planning, vendor and venue coordination, and post-event wrap-up.

In this role, you’ll maintain calendars, manage budgeting and expenses, coordinate swag, and serve as the operations point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, event operations, or logistics planning (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and timelines simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially around logistics, vendor coordination, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational coordination for virtual and on-site events, including scheduling, run-of-show planning, and vendor and venue coordination.
• Manage platform setup and technical logistics for virtual events (Zoom, Hopin, Airmeet, Goldcast, or similar), ensuring smooth execution from setup through live delivery.
• Coordinate logistics planning for on-site events — venue requirements, shipping, vendor timelines, and day-of operational checklists.
