Job summary

Center-For-Creative-Leadership in Colorado Springs is seeking a Production/Event Producer to coordinate complex live and virtual events. You will design classrooms, manage materials, and ensure smooth delivery with AV and tech support.

You will partner with delivery teams, handle rehearsals, and oversee post-event debriefs, evaluation completion, and inventory recovery, while traveling up to 50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or relevant experience managing virtual meetings or training.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
• Exceptionally strong technical skills with Virtual Meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Skype for Business).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site and off-site event logistics including classroom design and setup, breakout rooms, experiential space, transportation and meals; set up and break down of meeting rooms, AV equipment and other required technology.
• Communicate regularly with the event delivery team to ensure clarity of status and to highlight any potential issues or needed mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate event logistics including classroom layout, breakout rooms, other required space, hanging printed materials, placing participant materials, preparing facilitator space, and more.
• Serve as principal day-to-day contact for the delivery team to meet the needs of the group and ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality event materials and supplies.
• Schedule rehearsals for Live Online events and ensure technology is secured and staff schedules are coordinated for smooth sessions.
• Producers set up the classroom, launch in advance, and troubleshoot participant access and ensure facilitator flow.
