We're looking for a resourceful, imaginative operator to help build and maintain the systems and resources behind our Events & Experience programs, as well as overall Workplace Experience programs.
You’ll work closely with your team lead on event registration pages, websites, internal knowledge resources, guidebooks, and day-to-day project tracking.
You’ll turn ideas and sometimes incomplete information into clear, useful experiences for attendees and teammates.
We care about how you think, solve problems, and learn. You don’t need to arrive as an expert in every platform we use.
You should bring strong follow-through, attention to detail, and examples of learning new tools and making them work better.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain registration pages and event sites. Translate event requirements into clear pages, forms, and attendee communications. Test registration flows, troubleshoot issues, provide timely updates and support throughout the event.
- Create useful documentation. Write and update internal guidebooks, SOPs, FAQs, and reusable templates.
- Monitor the Jira project and coordinate with IT. Review Jira tickets regularly, identify platform issues or minor changes, and flag them to the IT team with clear details and context. Follow up on resolutions and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
- Learn and improve our tools. Become a confident user of multiple platforms, connect information across systems, and identify practical ways to simplify repetitive work.
- Apply AI to event operations. Use approved AI tools to support research, drafting, documentation, quality checks, and workflow improvements.
- Own the details. Check links, dates, form logic, permissions, and content consistency before launch and confirm that updates work as intended.
- Collaborate across teams. Gather requirements, communicate progress clearly, and help turn stakeholder feedback into workable solutions.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in events, program operations, marketing operations, digital content, or a related field. Equivalent hands-on experience is welcome.
- A track record of learning unfamiliar platforms and becoming a go-to resource for others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the curiosity to investigate how something works.
- Clear, thoughtful writing and an ability to make complicated processes easy to follow.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through across multiple priorities.
- Comfort working with evolving requirements, asking useful questions, and knowing when to seek guidance.
- Practical experience using AI tools, or a demonstrated willingness and ability to learn how to apply them to everyday operations.
- An imaginative, improvement-oriented mindset: you notice opportunities and can turn ideas into practical changes.
Helpful, But Not Required
- Experience with registration platforms such as Swoogo, website builders, or content management systems.
- Familiarity with Jira, Google Workspace, or Slack.
- Experience creating process documentation, training materials, or operational guidebooks.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Codex, or similar tools to improve workflows.
- Experience supporting events or other programs with firm deadlines and frequent changes.
Compensation: $55 - $70 per hour
