Job summary

ProSource Buying Group in Golden, CO seeks an Events and Marketing Support Specialist to keep our programs running and communications sharp. You will handle food and beverage planning, on-site execution, registration management, and weekly newsletters, while supporting the Director of Marketing and Events with project plans and calendars.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in events or marketing, strong organization, and a collaborative service mindset, with comfort working evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through.
• Strong written communication and proofreading abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours around events, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Pardot or similar) and event software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute event food and beverage, venue bookings, and logistics.
• Manage event registrations and attendee communications.
• Provide on-site event support including setup and breakdown.
• Maintain project plans and checklists in Monday.com.
• Create newsletters and manage social media around events.
• Maintain ProSource member portal and coordinate with vendors.
• Handle general marketing and communications tasks.
