Job summary

ProSource in Golden, CO seeks an Events and Marketing Support Specialist to keep our events running and our communications moving. You will own on-site event logistics, coordinate venues, catering, and vendor notes, and support newsletter and social media tasks under the Director of Marketing and Events.

This hands-on role emphasizes detailed execution, reliability, and teamwork. You’ll work during event weeks, including evenings and weekends, and help maintain the member portal and marketing

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in events or marketing.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Strong written communication and proofreading ability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours around events.
• Experience with email marketing platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own event food and beverage planning and vendor coordination.
• Manage hotel blocks, tickets, shuttles, and logistics.
• Build and manage event registrations and attendee communications.
• Provide on-site event support and setup.
• Drive project plans and checklists with Monday.com.
• Create and schedule newsletters and social media content.
• Maintain the ProSource member portal.
• Support general marketing communications and calendars.
• Uphold standards of professional conduct.
