Job summary

Entertainment Technology Partners is seeking a part-time Logistics Support professional in Orlando, FL to help manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control for live events. You will weigh and package items, verify incoming shipments, and ensure accurate documentation.

Your role supports rental logistics, asset tagging, and timely deliveries, collaborating with internal teams and vendors. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in shipping/logistics, knowledge of inventory systems, strong

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
Experience within the audiovisual or live event industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers.
Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders.
Label and tag assets using RFID and barcode systems; track movement and maintain records.
Coordinate subrental and cross-rental activity with internal teams and external vendors.
Monitor shipments and equipment movement to support timely deliveries and returns.
Communicate shipment status with stakeholders and resolve delays or discrepancies.
