This Part-Time, on-site position emphasizes accurate shipping, asset tracking, and efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced live event environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Familiarity with inventory management and shipping documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading.
• Label and track assets using RFID and barcode systems.
• Coordinate subrental and cross-rental activity with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor shipments and equipment movement to ensure timely deliveries and returns.
• Investigate and resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.
• Assist with warehouse logistics activities and pickups/deliveries.
