Entertainment Technology Partners is seeking a part-time Shipping/Logistics Associate in Orlando, FL. You will support accurate shipping and receiving, inventory tracking, and rental logistics to ensure timely deliveries for live productions.

Responsibilities include packing, documenting shipments, RFID tagging, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and clear communication in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in the audiovisual or live event industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers.
• Receive shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading.
• Label and tag assets using RFID and barcode systems.
• Track equipment movement and maintain records for inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate subrental and cross-rental activity with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor shipments and equipment movement to ensure timely deliveries and returns.
• Communicate shipment status with stakeholders and resolve delays.
