Job summary

Lodge at Marconi and Mable's is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be the on-the-ground sales and marketing presence. This role focuses on executing activations, detailing groups and events, and producing local marketing for the hotel, restaurant, and activations.

The position requires field presence 1–2 days per week, strong organizational and writing skills, and the ability to build partnerships within the West Marin community. On-site collaboration with hotel teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience coordinating events, activations, or hospitality operations.
• Highly organized and reliable, able to juggle multiple events and details at once.
• Comfortable working on site and in the field, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for partnerships and groups.
• Solid writing and basic marketing collateral skills.

Responsibilities

• On-Property Activations: Plan, coordinate, and run activations on site.
• Group & Event Detailing: Gather requirements, timelines, and logistics for events.
• Group Room Blocks: Enter group rooming lists into PMS and update reservations.
• On-Ground Marketing: Create local, on-site marketing collateral and promotions.
• Local Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and vendors.
• Field Presence: Conduct partnership visits and attend events 1–2 days a week.
• Sales Support: Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, conduct site tours, assist bookings.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure on-property marketing aligns with central campaigns.
• Recaps & Reporting: Track results and report on activation and partnership outcomes.
