Job summary

The Travis Fields at Midtown Park in Bryan, TX is seeking an Events Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences across sports, recreation and events. This part-time, non-exempt role handles ticketing, welcomes guests, registers leagues, and assists with party coordination under the Events department.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and wristband concessions management.
• Greet guests, provide information and wayfinding.
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins.
• Know facility programs, formats and schedules.
• Operate multi-line phones.
• Record waivers and event information.
• Assist with concessions operations.
• Record event scores and print game sheets daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and team member information.
• Resolve guest concerns or direct to management.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating events and parties.
• Track party reservations, waivers, money and food orders.
• Coordinate setup, activities, and cleanup with MOD and hosts.
• Maintain inventory of party supplies and promo materials.
• Support social marketing for event promotions.
