Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees and provide assistance throughout events
• Answer questions regarding activities, products, services, and general information
• Assist with attendee check-in, registration, and event entry when needed
• Help prepare event areas, displays, materials, signage, and supplies
• Provide attendees with informational and promotional materials
• Assist with product, service, or campaign-related activities during events
• Engage with guests and help direct them to appropriate areas or resources
• Maintain an organized and professional event environment
• Monitor event areas and respond to attendee needs as they arise
• Assist with demonstrations, presentations, and other scheduled activities
• Coordinate with other team members to address on-site needs
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Complete basic event documentation and provide feedback following events
