Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing and professional Event Specialist to support in-person events and create a positive experience for attendees. This is a highly customer-facing position involving regular interaction with guests, customers, and members of the public throughout scheduled events and activities.

The Event Specialist will help welcome attendees, provide information, answer questions, assist with event activities, and represent the organization professionally throughout each event.

What the Role Involves

• Welcome and engage with attendees throughout events
  
• Provide clear and accurate information about event activities, products, services, and current offerings
  
• Answer attendee questions and help direct individuals to the appropriate resources
  
• Assist with guest check-in, registration, and general event inquiries
  
• Help attendees navigate event spaces and scheduled activities
  
• Provide friendly and professional assistance throughout the event
  
• Support product or service demonstrations and informational activities
  
• Distribute event materials and provide additional information when requested
  
• Assist customers in identifying products, services, or information relevant to their needs
  
• Gather attendee comments, questions, and general feedback
  
• Communicate frequently asked questions and customer feedback to the appropriate team members
  
• Maintain a welcoming and organized customer-facing event area
  
• Assist with displays, informational materials, and event presentation
  
• Respond to routine customer concerns and involve the appropriate team member when necessary
