Job summary

Noble 33 is seeking an Events Manager in West Hollywood to drive restaurant-level event and catering revenue by proactively identifying, qualifying, and securing special events, BEOs, buyouts, and off-site catering opportunities. This role manages the full sales lifecycle from inquiry through booking while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or restaurant events management.
• Strong understanding of BEO creation, buyouts, catering logistics, and event execution.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Experience with TripleSeat or similar event management platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, culinary, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant-level event and catering revenue by proactively identifying, qualifying, and securing events.
• Manage full event sales lifecycle from inquiry through booking and coordination.
• Collaborate with Director of Events, store leadership, operations, and culinary teams to ensure brand standards.
• Qualify inquiries to align with capabilities and client expectations; coordinate with venues.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and events in CRM/venue software.
• Create and refresh client-facing event materials and menus aligned with brand positioning.
