Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Castle Pines, CO is seeking an Events Coordinator to provide logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team and adult programming.

This role ensures a robust, member-focused program and supports retention through an outstanding guest experience. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to travel as required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
• Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
• Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
• Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
