Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Events Coordinator to provide logistical and tactical support for events and adult programming across our clubs.

You will help plan, execute, and measure successful events that align with Life Time’s mission while enhancing member experiences and retention. You will coordinate logistics, liaise with internal teams and vendors, and support marketing campaigns to promote events and adult programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Ability to coordinate multiple events and programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and external vendors
• Deliver results by documenting and reporting event measurables
• Provide project management support for club event marketing campaigns
• Engage with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
